The evenings are open to everyone that needs some intentional relaxation. Life can be busy and stressful, let us help you shake that off. This is an hour every 2 weeks just for you. Where nobody demands anything or needs anything from you.

We use gentle scripts to guide you into stillness, calm and deep relaxation. Here is where the magic happens. Not only does it feel so good to slow down and rest, your body actually starts to settle, your heart rate and blood pressure drop, your hormones start to balance out and your body sits in rest and digest mode where healing happens.

Pregnancy Relaxation Classes

Pregnancy can be overwhelming. We designed these classes to help you rest and relax during this part of your parenting journey. We want you to have a space to come and meet other mums-to-be, be able to chat about pregnancy and birth, get some advice and then slip into a deep guided relaxation.

These classes are run on Mondays at YogaZen Wellness Studio for anyone who is over 12 weeks pregnant.

Relaxation in pregnancy is such an undervalued practice. Let us help you utilise the benefits of it for both you and baby.

Mums Relaxation Retreat

As mums ourselves, we understand that sometimes you just need some time off from being mum for a while.

We plan these retreats with our heart and soul so that they are the perfect blend of relaxation, rest, creativity and a little bit of pampering too.

Our previous retreats have included yoga, essential oils workshop, crafting your own bath salts, guided relaxation, mini massages, body blessings, plus so much more!

We believe that nurturing the nurturer is beneficial for the whole family. As the saying goes you can’t pour from an empty cup, so let us fill yours for a little.

If there is ever a time when you deserve some relaxation and pampering, it’s when you are growing a human!

Nurturing mothers at all stages of their parenting journey is exactly where we began. Relaxation during pregnancy is so good for you. Let us take the work out of that with one of our retreat days designed just for you.

Our previous retreats have included; gentle pregnancy yoga, guided relaxations, foot spa, mini massages, crafting pampering treats to take home, and a mini maternity photoshoot.

The perfect way to honour journey into motherhood, bond with your baby and give some thanks to your incredible body that is doing such an amazing but hard job!
